Tradeshift Spring 2026 New Features and Enhancements List

    AI & Data

Business Firewall 2.0 Report in the Analytics app

The Business Firewall 2.0 report provides analytics and reporting on soft or hard validations performed by the Business Firewall against different sets of conditions. Invalid documents are prevented from reaching the buyer, allowing the seller to correct issues and resend the invoice or credit note. This change ensures:

    • Users on both buyer and seller sides gain superior visibility and control over the entire procure-to-pay process.

    • Reporting serves as a tool to validate and ensure firewall rules remain effective and relevant.

    Tradeshift App: Analytics

    Audience: Buyers

End Users: Each master account includes one free Reader license, provided by Tradeshift

Availability: Available now, no configuration required

The Anomaly Detection dashboard in the new Analytics solution allows users to review data and depict irregularities at document processing and workflow approval levels. This reporting is essential for identifying unusual data patterns that signify potential security breaches, system failures or fraudulent activity in real-time. This update ensures:

    • Organizations can practice proactive risk management by resolving issues before they escalate into financial loss or downtime.

    • Users have access to robust, intelligent reporting that now includes integrated anomaly detection metrics.

    Tradeshift App: Analytics

    Audience: Buyers

End Users: Each master account includes one free Reader license, provided by Tradeshift

Reports Scheduler in the Analytics app

The Reports Scheduler in the new Analytics solution transforms raw data into actionable, timely intelligence without the need for manual intervention. By automating the generation and distribution of reports at set intervals, this update ensures stakeholders can review and act on critical data without logging into the system daily. This update enables:

    • Automatic delivery of relevant data directly to stakeholders, ensuring consistent information flow.

    • Improved operational efficiency by removing the requirement for manual report generation.

    Tradeshift App: Analytics

    Audience: Buyers

End Users: Each master account includes one free Reader license, provided by Tradeshift

    Global e-Invoicing Compliance

    France Clearance

Tradeshift has updated the platform to manage French-specific fields including “Cadre de facturation”, “Bénéficiaire” and "montant déjà payé," with additional fields planned for future deployment. This update also introduces the management of French Tax clearance status directly within Document Manager. Key benefits include:

    • Direct visibility of all necessary invoice information within the platform, eliminating the need to navigate to the PA module.

    • Centralized management of French Tax clearance status alongside standard document workflows.

    • Enhanced data compliance through the support of mandatory local billing and payment fields.

    Audience: Sellers, Buyers

    Availability: Available now, configuration required

    Poland KSeF Clearance Flow

Tradeshift supports the Poland KSeF clearance flow, ensuring full compliance with the Polish e-invoicing mandate. Cleared documents automatically reach Tradeshift ScanIO, enabling live document reconciliation between KSeF and Tradeshift. As a result, users can:

    • Access an end-to-end managed clearance flow without the need for separate integration.

    • Utilize automated document delivery and real-time reconciliation to maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance.

    Audience: Sellers, Buyers

    Availability: Available now, configuration required

    Clearance Invoices Reconciliation in ScanIO

Clearance Invoices Reconciliation ensures buyers ingest invoice data that perfectly matches government-cleared (KSeF) records. The system automatically reconciles incoming cleared invoices against the supplier's existing "live" TSUBL documents on the Tradeshift platform to identify discrepancies. Key benefits include:

    • Improved visibility into data conflicts for reliable clearance traffic management.

    • Automatic flagging of integrated documents in clearance conflict.

    Tradeshift App: ScanIO

    Audience: Buyers

    End Users: All users

    Availability: Available now, configuration required

    Poland Clearance Attachment Upload

Polish sellers who clear e-invoices outside of Tradeshift can now upload the KSeF-cleared legal file via a dedicated uploader to serve as proof and legal supporting documentation. This file is saved into a dedicated clearance attachment node of the TSUBL when sending live documents to buyers. This change ensures:

    • Sellers can provide sufficient clearance documentation while continuing to collaborate with buyers on the Tradeshift platform.

    • Improved compatibility for the Poland clearance solution by supporting external KSeF workflows.

    • Active Polish sellers can prove their live e-invoice documents have been cleared via KSeF.

Tradeshift App: Create / View invoice apps

    Audience: Sellers

    End Users: All users

    Availability: Available now, configuration required

    Poland KSeF Reference Number Validation

When Polish sellers input the KSeF reference number for their cleared e-invoices on Tradeshift, the format of the input is now checked in real time. This change ensures:

    • Polish sellers provide the correct KSeF number format.

    • Increased validity of input clearance data.

    • Reduced risk of errors when providing required KSeF documentation.

    Clearance Invoices Reconciliation in ScanIO

Clearance Invoices Reconciliation ensures buyers ingest invoice data that perfectly matches government-cleared (KSeF) records. The system automatically reconciles incoming cleared invoices against the supplier's existing "live" TSUBL documents on the Tradeshift platform to identify discrepancies. Key benefits include:

    • Improved visibility into data conflicts for reliable clearance traffic management.

    • Automatic flagging of integrated documents in clearance conflict.

    Tradeshift App: ScanIO

    Audience: Buyers

    End Users: All users

    Availability: Available now, configuration required

    Malaysia - Exchange Rate

When an invoice is issued in a non-MYR currency, the system now requires MYR-equivalent totals and the exchange rate before submission. Validation happens upfront to ensure the invoice can be accepted by MyInvois, which ensures:

    • Customers remain fully compliant with Malaysia’s e-invoicing mandate.

    • Rejections and payment delays are prevented by ensuring all required MYR data is present.

Tradeshift App: Create / View invoice apps

    Audience: Sellers, Buyers

    End Users: All users

Availability: Available now, no configuration required

    MyInvois QR Code in ScanIO

ScanIO now renders MyInvois QR code attachments directly within the document preview panel for Malaysian invoices. This update ensures consistency with Document Manager by displaying the government clearance URL immediately during the review process. Key benefits include:

    • Immediate confirmation of government compliance without opening external attachments.

    • Reduced false rejections caused by misclassifying cleared invoices as non-compliant.

    • Improved confidence during the enrichment and validation phases.

    Tradeshift App: ScanIO

    Audience: Buyers

    End Users: All users

Availability: Available now, no configuration required

PDF QR Code Upload for India GST e-invoice

Indian sellers can now upload cleared e-invoice PDF files containing QR code information, which is extracted and displayed on the invoice viewer and the Tradeshift PDF layout. While the extracted QR code is saved into the TSUBL, the original PDF file is not, mirroring the logic used for JWT file uploads. This update enables:

    • Support for Indian sellers who utilize PDF formats with QR codes instead of JWT files.

    • Increased compatibility for the Indian compliance solution through the dedicated QR code uploader.
